We are very happy to announce that Liam is now tube-free for the first time since birth! We took him to Vandy yesterday to check into getting his feeding tube removed. They pulled the tube out right there in the office and said the hole might close on its own. He is scheduled for surgery on January 26 to close it surgically if needed because it's very rare for the hole to close on its own after being in place for two years. We would greatly appreciate your prayers for God to step in and show us all once again Who is really in charge!!

Give Liam a kiss for me! So glad to hear that it was so simple, at least so far.
We go to Ft. Wayne tonight since the big day gets an early start in the morning. Gerald has a certificate for a free night at Red Roof Inn. Have to be at the hospital at 6 am, and there is a winter storm warning in effect for late tonight and tomorrow. The next few days will not be boring...
Mom will call you with specifics as soon as she has them. I'll try to post pictures on Facebook once I'm home from the hospital.
